1.13 (Fri)  Cooking Class!!

학생들이 가장 좋아하고 기다리던 요리 만들기 시간이었습니다. 학생들은 매우 진지한 태도로 수업을 받았고 열심히 요리도 만들어보았습니다. 오늘 만든 요리는 Twice-Baked Potato 와 French Apple Tart 였습니다. 개인적으로 Twice-Baked Potato가 정말 맛있었어서 집에서 가끔 만들어 볼 예정입니다.

-  Ingredients -

1 Potato, Sour Cream, Cheese, Milk, Butter, Bacon, Green Onion, Salt & Pepper

- Recipe -

1. Cut the potato in half.

2. Scoop most of the potato into a bowl.

3. Add 1 TBS of milk, 1 pat of butter, a dash of salt and a dash of pepper.

4. Add bacon and cheese, and mix well.

5. Use the cooking spray on the aluminum foil.

6. Place the mashed potato back into the potato skin.

7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes

8. Add sour cream and green onion.
