3월 신학기를 맞아 집단생활을 하는 소아·청소년의 인플루엔자 전파방지를 위해 가까운 위탁 의료기관에서 예방접종을 안내합니다.!

 

가. 접종기간: 2024. 9. 20.(금)~ 2025. 4. 30.(수)

나. 지원대상:생후 6개월~13세 어린이(2011. 1. 1.~2024. 8. 31. 출생아)

다. 지원내용: 인플루엔자 4가 백신무료접종

라. 접종기관: 전국 및 관내 지정의료기관(붙임1 위탁의료기관 현황 참고)

3. 어린이 예방접종은 반드시 부모를 동반하도록 하고 있으나, 부득이하게 보호자와 함께 방문하기 어려운 대상자인 경우 의료기관 방문 전 보호자가 '예방접종 시행 동의서'와 '예방접종 예진표'를 작성하여 지참한 경우 예방접종이 가능합니다.

가. 예방접종도우미 누리집(https://nip.kdca.go.kr)

1) 전자예진표: 접종기관 방문일에 누리집에서 보호자가 전자예진표 사전 작성

2) 예진표 서식: 누리집에서 서식 다운로드 후 작성하여 접종기관 방문시 지참

3) 경로: 예방접종도우미 → 예방접종관리 → 관련자료 다운로드 → '소아청소년 대상 인플루엔자 예방접종 시행 동의서 및 예진표' 검색
