Hello I’m Kim Ji Eun from Canberra class.

When I first came to GELC I was nervous.

But it was interesting, and now I think differently about the first day of class.

I was happy to meet the Canberra teacher; she always had fun in class.

All teachers were kind so I quickly adapted to the lessons.

I played dodgeball with Will teacher and friends, it was very fun.

One day my friend got hurt and Yumi teacher took care of her.

I was moved by it.

I enjoyed all my English experiences.

But today is the last day at GELC, I’m sad.

Hello,

My name is Lee Jae Hyun, but my English name is Freeman, and I am from Washington D.C. class. We’ve been together for the last five days. Even though it has only been five days, it feels much longer in my mind. We laughed a lot, and we came together to have a great time! Sometimes it was sad, sometimes it was exhausting, but we always had friends next to us to help us overcome everything. The teachers took good care of us, and everyone had a fun time while also being safe. Now, we will separate and go our own ways, but one day, we may meet again as adults. If we really want to meet, we will. I hope that our hearts will be intact, and that each of us will fulfill his or her dreams. I hope that we meet one another with dignity. Now, I want to thank the teachers for working hard and taking care of us over the last five days. I know it was exhausting, but thank you! Thank you again for filling us with love and care. We may not see each other again after parting, but I will remember you all forever.         I will always love GELC teachers!
